Forum: faqs Subject: podcasts? using this music for those?

is that allowed? if the permission is given to let people download it here, is there a separate set of requirements to use those elsewhere (as in a podcast, nothing commercial of course). Thank you.

Hi,

You would want to look for music/audio that has a creative commons license on it. Those licenses will tell you what you're allowed to do with the item. Here's some info on how to find things with particular licenses:

Creative commons licenses (in a nutshell) require that you attribute the creator of the piece in your work and source the file so others can find it. Check out more about that here:
